About the event
We have partnered with Houston Coalition for Life and hosting a vigil outside of the #PlannedParenthood in Stafford. Signs will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. The Coalition has advised us that this location is reacting in a similar fashion to other abortion providers in Houston. They are still taking appointments with pregnant women providing pregnancy tests and ultrasounds in order to confirm pregnancy and referring the woman to an out of state abortion provider. There is a chance starting on July 23 that abortions in Texas could be legal again for 30 days only before a heartbeat is detected. This is a peaceful prayer event where we stand spaced out with signs and require signed statements of peace provided by the Houston Coalition for Life.
